5 Non- Sensual Ways to Show Affection and Intimacy

One- Grocery shopping together, this leads to spending time together, laughing, people watching. There’s something incredibly intimate about buying frozen veggies and Honey Nut Cheerios.

Two- A woman sending you pictures while she’s trying on clothes at a store. “Hey babe, do you like this?” “How does this look on me?” Not this new trend of taking pictures and posting them online but knowing the only opinion that matters to her is yours, that’s cool.

Three- Working out together. Now to be honest I don’t really do this but I have and the competition, the sweating, the conversation. You’re literally spending 45 minutes to an hour just bonding.

Four- Helping her take off nail polish or take out braids. You get to see her like few people do and because she’s yours it’s okay. For a second you think about how your boys would laugh if they saw you sitting with her foot in your lap while you wipe away polish. For a second you think how gay you must look taking out braids hoping you don’t cut her real hair and make her go off. Then you realize being here doing this with her is better than front row at a Mayweather- Pacquio fight. That’s intimacy, that’s affection, that’s a relationship.

Five- Leaving somewhere together. A party, a restaurant, the movies. That drive home knowing you’re the one taking her home when every guy in the room was looking at her. Holding her hand, her hand on your thigh, her hand rubbing your neck. Not in a sexual way but in a comfortable way like she just likes touching you. It’s hard to explain if you’re not a man that gets it but for whatever reason when a woman loves you or is just into you she likes touching you.

It’s Never A Bad Time to Squeeze It

20140724-110321.jpg There are three types of hugs women give. You have the church hug/ don’t get the wrong impression hug which is reserved for associates, creepy uncles and guy friends that will never see her naked.

You have the “I haven’t seen you in forever hug” which is for family, friends and guys that have seen her naked but probably won’t again.

Lastly you have the, “It’s yours baby” hugs which are pelvis to pelvis, chest to chest, lips on neck. If only people weren’t looking hugs. The ones usually reserved for that one man whose text get answered in 2.5 seconds.

Some women are just hug sluts, don’t let them fool you into thinking anything is going to come from their body to body interaction. They either get off on having you believe you have a chance or they’re just comfortable hugging.

Good hugs, good kisses and a good ass grab go together like whiskey, cigars and Godiva. They usually take place up against a door, up against a vehicle or if you’re a lumberjack or jogger up against a tree. Maxi dresses, sun dresses, tights, boy shorts; they all maximize the experience.

Appreciate them when you get them because it’s rare you’ll meet a woman that has a perfectly grab friendly ass, is a good kisser and has that hunger that gets right to the edge of self control.

Who doesn’t love a good hug.

She’s Smiling Down on You From Heaven

20140422-013941.jpgDear Son or Daughter,

I know today can’t be easy for you. Whether you lost your mother when you were six or sixty, whether it was cancer or a car accident. Today can’t be easy because I know you never forget her calming words when you were sick or her smile when you were sad.

Today can’t be easy for you because today everyone around you is celebrating their mother and it makes you remember yours. The conversations after school when she answered a question or solved a problem that you didn’t think could be solved. That time when she got a t-shirt or pair of shoes you didn’t think she would. That Christmas where you couldn’t wait to go outside and show your friends what you got.

It was never about the Christmas gifts or food at Thanksgiving or clothes on the first day of school. It was about watching her cook and sing, cook and talk on the phone, cook and ask you to taste this or taste that. The older you get the more you appreciate how happy she was to see you happy. The older you get, the more you remember what she taught you.

I know you see a picture of her and cry sometimes, not wanting to question God but doing it anyway. Wondering why you couldn’t just get one more day, one more hour, one more minute with her. Another hug, another conversation, a phone call just to tell her about your day because no one could understand like she could.

Our mothers are our Guardian Angels, they carried us for nine months and sheltered us, sacrificed for us, went without for us. Just because she’s not here doesn’t mean she still isn’t doing that. When you have those moments where you feel like no one understands, it’s her that’s the voice in your head, in your heart. When you have heartbreak, when that person that should have been there for you during the bad times falls short; it’s her whispering, “You deserve better.” The moments she shared with you, no matter how brief they may seem now made you the person you are.

The love you have in your soul for your mother can never be filled, it will never be replaced but understand it doesn’t have to. Let that love make you great, let that love flow to your children, your husband or wife, your passions and ambitions. She still watched over you, I swear.

Your mother is proud of you and so am I. Stay strong and if you need to talk I’m here.

Sincerely Yours,

Demez

Affection Rules the Heart…

Affection is worth more than sex because sex isn’t anything but an act. People have sex for money, for fame, for lust, for revenge. But you can’t fake affection, you can’t fake feelings. You can pretend, you can lie to someone for the sake of gaining something but true affection and desire past physical pleasure isn’t something we can manufacture. It comes over time and with trust. That doesn’t mean it has to me years or even months but it has to be more than lust.

urn down the lights
Turn down the bed
Turn down these voices
Inside my head
Lay down with me
Tell me no lies
Just hold me close
Don’t patronize
Don’t patronize

‘Cause I can’t make you love me
If you don’t
You can’t make your heart feel
Something it won’t
Here in the dark
In this final hour
I will lay down my heart
And feel the power if you want
No you won’t

I’ll close my eyes
Then I won’t see
The love you don’t feel
When you’re holding me
Mornin’ will come
And I’ll do what’s right
Just give me till then
To give up this fight
And I will give up this fight
