😦 An arrogant sheriff humiliated a man in a small restaurant… without suspecting for even a second who he really was or what was about to happen next.

I was in a small neighborhood restaurant when the scene took place. Everything seemed perfectly normal until a sheriff, sitting near a couple, suddenly stood up.

He took a milkshake sitting on the table next to him and poured it directly over the head of a man who was sitting quietly a few meters away.

An icy silence swept through the restaurant. No one moved. No one dared to say a word.

The sheriff, meanwhile, seemed to enjoy the humiliation. He stood in front of the man with an arrogant look on his face, as if he knew perfectly well that no one could stand up to him.

I then turned to the waitress.

— Why is nobody doing anything? What’s going on?

She looked around before answering me quietly:

— He’s the sheriff… You shouldn’t get involved.

She explained that he had very powerful connections in the area and was known for doing whatever he wanted without fearing the consequences. Everyone was afraid of him.
