Many know Jon Bon Jovi – he is a global star. His songs were heard in many countries around the world in the 1980s.
And the famous song “It’s My Life” became a true hit and is still playing on all radio stations.
However, few people know that Bon Jovi is not only a singer and musician, he is a hero of our time.
The man became the founder of the social project Soul Kitchen – a restaurant where there is no set price.
When a customer can afford it, they only pay 20% of the total amount, and those in need eat for free.
The restaurant has a regular garden and a vegetable patch. Vegetables, herbs, and fruits are grown here.
This way, anyone can come and help with planting or in the kitchen.
The restaurant maintains open reporting on the network, showing that more than half of the meals are paid for by donations, and the rest are covered by volunteers.
The musician opened the first restaurant in New Jersey – his hometown, and the second one is located near Toms River.
The food here is always fresh and delicious, made from organic products. Remarkably, the musician himself helped in the kitchen, prepared treats, and even worked in the dining area.
