The restaurant has a regular garden and a vegetable patch. Vegetables, herbs, and fruits are grown here.

The restaurant maintains open reporting on the network, showing that more than half of the meals are paid for by donations, and the rest are covered by volunteers.
The musician opened the first restaurant in New Jersey – his hometown, and the second one is located near Toms River.
