A seemingly modest iron barracks in Northern California was recently put up for sale for $1.3 million. In appearance, the facility looks like shabby temporary housing for construction workers – it’s hard to imagine what that kind of money could cost here.
The home is located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The nearest city is about 100 kilometers from here, but the mansion is for sale along with a plot, an impressive one at that. Judging by the card on the sales website, the house was built in 2022.
The listing also says the home features a commercial kitchen with granite countertops, a wet bar with Hawaiian-style decor, and a spiral staircase that leads to a loft space with a library.
And inside the mansion really looks like a real palace. Its open spaces are huge, although furnished in a somewhat eclectic style.
“A hidden gem. From the outside, the house looks unpresentable, but the interior is amazing,” people commented on the house’s card on the profile website.
The mansion is still up for sale. Most likely, the owners will not need much time to close the deal.
