😦 My mother-in-law always left my house in complete chaos whenever she visited us. One day, I finally reached my limit and decided to teach her a lesson.
I have been married for ten years. I have a wonderful husband and two amazing children. My only problem is my mother-in-law.
We do not live together, but she often comes to visit us without ever giving us any notice beforehand. She acts as if she is in her own home and always leaves behind a huge mess when she leaves.
Every time I politely asked her to tidy up or clean after herself, she would reply with a mocking smile:
— This house has a woman to do the cleaning, doesn’t it?
My husband disapproved of her behavior, but despite his comments, nothing ever changed.
One Saturday, she went too far. She arrived and announced that she would be staying for two days. When I came home from work that evening, I barely recognized my own house.
My sofa was covered with clothes, dirty dishes, and leftover food. She was sitting in the middle of all the mess, calmly eating. When I asked her what had happened, she answered, as usual:

This time, I couldn’t let it go. I was tired of her lack of respect, and I decided to teach her a lesson.
