Hannah and Rachel are beautiful identical twins who are already making a name for themselves. Born to Nardy Majias and her husband, Enzo Lattanzio, they are about 18 months old and have Down syndrome. It is very rare for identical twins to have this condition.
Nardy revealed that she had no idea her babies had Down syndrome until they were born, despite prenatal exams.
As soon as the parents discovered their daughters’ condition, they immediately started researching Down syndrome to do everything in their power to help their little girls.
