Ralph Lawless lives in the town of Hertfordshire, for more than a decade he has led a not very correct lifestyle. He mostly ate fast food and his leisure time was limited to the couch and watching television.
Fortunately, at 47 years old, he nevertheless decided to change his life for the better!
Lawless’s weight reached 187 kilograms, which was also dangerous for the man’s health.
He started with activity, namely, he signed up for dance classes and started watching his diet.
After all, according to Ralph, earlier in one meal he managed to eat as many as 8 bacon sandwiches, he really liked them.
“I used to love bacon sandwiches and could eat up to eight pieces a day. When I started eating, I couldn’t stop.
Skewers, pizza, bacon, ready meals – that was the basis of my diet. Anything edible that fell into my hands was immediately eaten.
I ate as much food in a day as normal people eat in a week. I was alone, I led an unhealthy lifestyle, and I ended up gaining these 185 kg,” shares Lowless.
Today she weighs 76 kg and already helps people maintain their health, as she works as a trainer in a fitness club. Lawless has changed so much that his friends now jokingly call him “Ralph Travolta.”
Ralph achieved such amazing results thanks to physical activity and a well-designed nutrition system.
Nutritionists themselves were surprised by his results and in their circles they declared Lawless “Person of the Year”!
Ralph himself says that he clearly followed his goals. Now he looks good and does what he loves – dancing and fitness. The plans now are to find a soul mate and start a family.
