😲 A waitress broke a customer’s windshield with a hammer: when I found out what had pushed her to act this way, I was truly shocked.
Yesterday, on my way to work, I stopped to grab a coffee. There was a bit of a line, but since I wasn’t in a hurry, I decided to wait. The waitress is a very nice girl, and she makes excellent coffee.
In fact, there are other coffee shops closer to my office, and this one is a bit farther, about a 30-minute drive. But the coffee there is so good that I never regret the time spent on the road.
Anyway, my car was third in line, and I was waiting calmly when I saw the waitress step out the window with a hammer and smash the windshield of the customer’s car.
Since I was in my car, I hadn’t heard what had happened, but I couldn’t understand what could have pushed the waitress to act so aggressively.
As I said, she’s a really kind girl, and I had never seen her in such a state. There must have been a serious reason that made her lose control. So, I got out of my car and walked over to understand what had happened.
What she told me really shocked me.

It all started when a customer, dissatisfied with the price of his order, became aggressive despite the waitress’s efforts to calm him down.
The customer threw his drinks at the waitress, injuring her with hot coffee.
In a state of panic and feeling endangered, she grabbed a hammer and broke the customer’s windshield before he left.
She explained that this wasn’t the first time this customer had been aggressive.
She had simply defended herself, emphasizing that violence should not be tolerated, especially for women working alone in vulnerable environments.
