There are many cases where people happen to be in the right place at the right time. In such cases, one can also save lives.
One of these cases happened when a woman named Kuri was on vacation with her family at Thetis Lake. She was a lifeguard.
Suddenly, she heard a man shouting. He was holding his wife and child over the water.
Although she had been a lifeguard for 20 years, she didn’t know how to rescue not just one, but a group of people.
But without thinking, she ran towards them. The whole family was in danger of drowning.
The woman couldn’t do it alone because she could only save one out of the three people. But she came up with a sensible idea that could save the family.
The other people on the shore saw all this and decided to organize something together.
They formed a human chain, grabbed Kuri’s hand, and pulled.
About 25 people participated in the rescue of this beautiful family.
Luckily, they were saved. At first, they were breathing heavily, but thanks to the kind woman and the people on the shore, they soon felt comfortable.
After a few hours, the father of the family came to Kuri and thanked her.
He promised everyone a big party in the evening.
