š¦ On my way to my sister’s house, I saw a woman by the side of the road in a really bad state: I stopped to help, and I was left speechless when I saw it was my sister and learned what had happened.
I was driving to my sister’s house, just cruising along, when I saw a woman by the side of the road, looking really unwell. She couldnāt even stand up.
Her clothes were dirty, her hair was messy, and she looked completely lost. Without thinking, I slowed down and stopped to see if I could help.
I got out of the car and approached her. But when I got closer, I froze⦠it was my own sister.
I couldnāt understand what was happening. Why was she in this state? I hugged her to calm her down, and after a moment, she started to tell me what had happened. Thatās when I was left speechless.
The rest of my story is in the article in the first comment ššš.
I helped her into my car.
After a few moments of silence, she began to speak.
She told me that she had had a violent argument with her husband.
In a moment of anger and frustration, he had said cruel things to her, and on a whim, he had left her there, by the side of the road, without a second thought.
She hadnāt even had time to react.
She confessed that her husband, the man she loved, had become a different person, a violent person.
She told me she had hoped he would change, that he would go back to being the person he was before, but that was no longer the case.
I hugged her and told her it was over, that she deserved better than living in fear.
I promised to help her rebuild her life, to get her out of this situation, and to help her divorce.
