My mother kicked me out of the house after my father died – but I came back for revenge years later

After his father died, his mother kicked a 23-year-old man out of his home. Fortunately, the young man was able to take revenge because his father left him all his possessions.

A 23-year-old Reddit user shared how his relationship with his mother fell apart when he was 15 when his father died.

His mother wasted no time moving on, making him feel like a stranger in his own home and fighting for his mother’s affection.

His mother eventually asked him to leave the house, which caused conflict between them. Years later, this decision would turn against his mother.

The man confessed on Reddit, telling his revenge story: “My mother (45) didn’t wait too long to ‘start over’ and moved in with her new partner two months later.”

He claims that after his father died, he was heir to all his wealth. His mother tried to convince him to give her one of the properties as proof that he had welcomed the new man into his life.

However, this is not possible because his father made sure that the will was strong. It prohibited the young man from using his properties before the age of 21.

Everything that happened after his father’s death was destabilizing and affected the mother-son relationship.

As the new companion also had two children, an 18-year-old son and an 19-year-old daughter, the young man often felt neglected by his mother in favor of them.

According to the young man, his mother overcompensated her partner’s children to please him. They were going on a trip, and instead of inviting her son, the 45-year-old mother told him to go see his grandparents.

Although the mother wanted harmony between her son and his partner, the two were constantly at odds. To the point that she decided to kick him out at the age of 17.

The young man had reminded his mother’s partner that he was not the man of the house, and the tension eventually became too much for the mother to try to resolve.

The young man went to live with his grandparents, who advised him to avoid provoking further conflicts between him and his mother’s partner.

Even though the mother’s difficult decision to kick her son out was difficult, she still cared for him and visited him at his grandparents’ house

. He revealed that “my mother often visited me and told me how much she loved me, but she needed to ‘keep the peace at home.’

The young man always knew he had the upper hand thanks to his heritage, despite the fact that his mother justified her decision to make him leave home.

Therefore, as soon as he was able to recover his possessions, he began planning his revenge.

After completing his studies, the young man slowly began to check his possessions, including the house where his mother lived. He plans to renovate it, rent it out and use the money to finance his master’s degree.

The son wanted to inform his mother of his decision. So he went to the house, but found no one. It turned out the family was on vacation. He tried to call her, but she didn’t answer.

So he took matters into his own hands and changed the locks on the house.

His mother arrived a day after he officially took possession of his house. She tried to call her son, but he was out of town.

Some even felt that the young man was kind enough to give them two weeks’ notice because of the way he was treated.

“I would have given them two days! Go live in a hotel,” remarked one user.

The majority of comments on Facebook were angry at the mother for letting a man ruin her relationship with her son.

One user said: “Any mother who puts a man and his children before her own does not deserve respect.”

The man, 23, didn’t give much news after posting his confession, other than that his mother had asked that they talk about everything.
