Ellada took charge of her life and transformed herself from overweight to a fitness instructor, guiding others on their journey to fitness.
As a young mother, she struggled with weight issues since childhood, initially attributing them to her genes.
However, she decided to take bold steps, embracing a strict diet that led her to lose excess weight and reach a healthy 50kg.
Her commitment went beyond weight loss, as Ellada developed a strong interest in fitness and eventually became a certified exercise instructor.
Despite her successes, she faced a new challenge during her pregnancy, experiencing rapid weight gain due to hormonal imbalances.
Not discouraged, Ellada returned to the gym when her daughter was six months old. Throughout her fitness journey, Ellada attributes her success to the support of her husband and instructor.
In the first six months of training, she managed to lose 10 kg.
It was when he incorporated dance exercises with martial arts movements that he made significant progress, losing another 10kg.
In a remarkable year and a half, Ellada successfully lost a total of 30kg, bringing her overall weight loss to around 45kg.
As a fitness teacher, she continues to pursue her goals, inspiring and helping others, especially women, achieve their desired body transformations.
