😯 The glass on my washing machine door suddenly shattered… and the reason really surprised me.
The other evening, I was peacefully sitting in the living room watching TV when I heard a loud noise, like glass breaking.
I rushed into the kitchen to see what had happened, and there I discovered that the glass on my washing machine door had exploded.
I couldn’t understand it. How could such thick glass break? It’s not fragile glass, and I’ve been using this machine for a year without any problems.
Looking more closely, I discovered what had caused the breakage… and I was really surprised.
I want to share my story with you because this could happen to anyone. Be careful to avoid this kind of accident.

While inspecting the glass shards and the drum of the machine, I noticed something strange stuck inside: a metal belt.
Digging a little further, I found the cause of the problem: my son’s pants, washed with the belt still attached.
The buckle, rigid and metal, had violently hit the glass during the spin cycle.
Result: the glass eventually gave way from the repeated impacts.
When I asked him, he simply replied, “Oops, I forgot to take it off…”
I was both relieved to have found the explanation and a little annoyed.
But above all, I didn’t know a simple belt could cause so much damage!
So here’s a tip: always check pockets and remove accessories before starting the washing machine.
