There is something in the relationship between fathers and daughters that has the ability to immediately take our breath away. This narrative is in no way an exception to that norm.
When the appropriate time of year arrives, photos taken during graduations can be found posted on the Internet.
You have probably noticed this phenomenon. But the ones that stood out the most were these tender images of a father and his daughter.
They initially went viral in 2018, when they were shared online for the first time, and have since done so again, winning the hearts of many people.
Tori Roach completed her high school education at Huntsville High School in Texas and graduated in recent years.
He used the event as the perfect opportunity to show his appreciation for his father by tweeting a throwback photo of himself from when he received his diploma from the same school.
The photo showed him holding Tori in his arms and kissing her on the lips. Additionally, the 19-year-old teenager shared a photo that recreates the original.
Once again, her father leaned in and gave her a kiss on the cheek, but this time it was much older.
It was undoubtedly an emotional occasion, and judging by the smile on Tori’s face, it was obvious that her father knew how to raise a daughter.
His message almost immediately generated a huge number of retweets and traveled quickly across the Internet.
But because the images were receiving so much attention, Tori believed she had to provide an explanation.
“To address all those who have asked me, yes, he is indeed my father; he is 37 years old; and no, he doesn’t live alone. Looks like I’ll have another brother soon!”
Tori had no idea things would get this dire.
“I come from a really small town and events like this would never have taken place in my hometown. I had no idea it would be so disastrous!
When it started, my initial reaction was, ‘Oh my God! Everyone shows each other the photographs’”.
