When I returned from my vacation, I had to face an unimaginable situation. As I tried to open the door, I noticed that it was already open. This worried me, and the first thing I thought was that I had been robbed.
The house was in disarray, but as I moved forward, I started noticing food crumbs scattered around. It seemed like someone had been living in my house during my absence.
Then, when I entered my room, I saw an unknown man lying on my couch, doing something on his computer. The room was also a mess, with food scraps on the couch and the floor.
I screamed when I saw him: “Who are you and what are you doing in my house?”
When I learned who he was, I was really surprised. He looked at me as if I was the intruder. I asked him for an explanation and threatened to call the police, as he refused to leave my house.
This didn’t seem to scare him. He acted as if he were the owner of the house. So, here’s what I did.

The man kept talking, explaining that he was a close friend of my brother.
My brother had offered him to stay at my house during my absence.
He even assured me that he wasn’t planning on leaving until a week later, while he arranged his move.
As I talked with him, I realized that I also knew his girlfriend.
I had met her at a party a few months ago.
That’s when the idea came to me.
I threatened him: “If you don’t leave this house immediately, I’m going to contact your girlfriend and tell her that we are a couple, and that’s why you’re staying here.”
He finally understood that I wasn’t going to back down, and he left my house.
