šÆ An elderly woman mocked a young man because of his tattoos, but what happened next deeply surprised her.
The city bus was following its usual route. It was crowded with tired workers and students. Among the passengers, a young man stood out. He was wearing a white t-shirt that revealed several tattoos on his arms and chest.
He was lost in his music, with headphones on, and didnāt seem to notice what was happening around him. Next to him, an elderly woman was staring at him intensely, clearly irritated by his appearance.
After a moment, she couldnāt hold back her thoughts and, in a voice loud enough for the entire bus to hear, she exclaimed: “Marking yourself like that! It’s a sin. How can the earth bear people like you?”
All eyes turned to the young man, who, surprised, took off his headphones and politely asked: “Madam, is there a problem?”
The elderly woman continued with contempt: “A problem? With those tattoos, youāll never go to heaven. Look at yourself, you’re covered in the devilās ink! God will punish you, and no respectable woman will ever want to marry you.”
The young man didnāt respond. He simply looked away to avoid a conflict. But that didnāt stop the woman, who continued speaking even louder.
Then, something unexpected happened, something that deeply surprised her.
The continuation of this story is in the article in the first comment ššš.
The elderly woman, still criticizing the young man, hadnāt noticed that a pickpocket had quietly rifled through her handbag.
While speaking with disdain, she didnāt realize that her wallet had just been stolen.
It wasnāt until she saw the thief get off the bus at the next stop that she realized her money was gone.
Panicked, she screamed: “My money! Iāve been robbed!”
But to her great surprise, no one reacted except the tattooed young man.
He quickly stood up, and without hesitation, chased after the thief.
He managed to catch him and returned the wallet to the elderly woman, who, wide-eyed, lowered her head.
She sincerely apologized, ashamed of her hasty and mistaken judgment.
