“It turned out that I had suffered a serious injury in my youth and after that the doctors said that I would never be able to have children except through adoption. I was quite young at the time and didn’t fully understand the situation, but my mother was crying.
Later, I started dating girls and I always told them honestly about my health problems. For some it wasn’t a problem, while others ended the relationship because of it. Then I fell deeply in love with a girl. We started dating and eventually I proposed to her.
I didn’t want to tell her that we could never have children because I was afraid of losing them; I couldn’t imagine my life without her.
However, somehow, immediately after our wedding, my wife informed me that she was pregnant. I thought, “We’ve only been married a few months and she’s already cheated on me.” However, I didn’t want to confront her right away.
I decided to keep my suspicions to myself until the baby was born, and then I planned to leave her without regret. Friends advised me and said that the child would suffer as she was not a responsible mother.
But what if my wife decides to leave the child? Still, I was hurt and broken, so I decided to go through with my plan. And so our daughter was born. I went to the hospital to leave my wife and tell her everything I thought about her.
My wife sat on the bed, gently cradling our little daughter in her arms. She was so beautiful that I was speechless. I held our daughter, kissing her tiny fingers as she slept peacefully. I couldn’t bring myself to leave her even though she wasn’t biologically mine.
Then her mother immediately had a paternity test done and it turned out to be 99.9% certain that I was the father. Miracles actually happen!”
