He was young, elegant, exactly as he appeared in his photos. We started dating, and every time, he brought me flowers. Little by little, I became attached to him and I even fell in love.

The next day, I decided to have the ring examined by a jeweler.
As soon as the jeweler looked at the ring, his expression changed.
He examined the inside of the ring and then wrote down the number engraved on it.
A few minutes later, he told me some news that completely shocked me: it was a stolen ring.
He explained to me that the ring had been reported stolen after a jewelry store was burglarized several years earlier.
I immediately confronted my young man, but he refused to give me any explanation and stopped answering my calls.
I then reported the matter to the police.
