My parents helped me buy an apartment.
To save some money, we decided to go for an old apartment and renovate it.
First, we removed the wallpaper from the walls, and I preferred painting them rather than putting up new wallpaper.
For the floor, I chose large-format tiles.
My mother picked a mirror to her taste for the entryway.
We decided to divide the living room into two spaces, so we could have a bedroom as well.
For the living room walls, we chose wallpaper in light colors.
As for the furniture, I wanted to add a splash of color to the living room by picking a red sofa.
In front of the sofa, we set up a small desk and some shelves for my books.
As I already mentioned, part of the living room was turned into a bedroom.
We were able to fit in a large bed, and we chose unique wallpaper for the wall behind the headboard.
As for the kitchen, my mom took care of it by adding everything necessary.
And finally, the bathroom: we covered the walls and floor with beige tiles.
To add a touch of contrast, we chose a blue sink.
