I noticed this object on the finger of my taxi driver and took a photo to figure out what it was

Today, as usual, I took a taxi 🚖 to get home. I settled in comfortably, greeted the driver, and a few minutes later, I noticed something on his finger 🤔.

At first, I thought it was a mileage counter or a similar device. But then I saw that he was pressing it from time to time.

Curious, but a little embarrassed to ask him 😅, I didn’t dare to inquire. Instead, I discreetly took a photo. When I got home, I showed the photo to my parents and my brother.

That’s when my dad explained to me what it was, and I was really surprised 😲. I’m sure you’re unfamiliar with such an object too.

If that’s the case, you can discover it in the article in the first comment 👇👇👇.

My dad explained that this object is used to count prayers.

In some religious traditions, prayer involves repeating a phrase or a sacred name several times.

In the past, people used prayer beads (rosaries) to keep track of their prayers.

Today, with the development of technology, this object has been created to count the repetitions.

I was truly surprised to discover the function of this object.

It also shows how everyday objects can have deep meanings and unexpected uses.
