I found this old wardrobe on Facebook Market and transformed it into a practical and aesthetic piece of furniture

I found this old wardrobe on Facebook Market and decided to give it a second life ♻️. Despite its condition, it had great potential ✨.

After thinking it through 🤔, I imagined how to transform it so that it would fit perfectly into my daughter’s room.

I took the time to dismantle it 🔨, sand it, and repair it to make it both practical and aesthetically pleasing 🌟. The result is in the article in the first comment 👇👇👇.

The inside of the wardrobe was in good condition, and there wasn’t much to do.

I just needed to clean it and remove the floral vinyl.

The next step was a bit more complicated because I was working with different materials.

I reused a shelf to install the future wardrobe bar and reinforced a section by adding a sturdier batten to fix the hooks.

What took a lot of time, but also made the sanding process easier, was removing about fifteen nails.

Next, I repaired the imperfections before moving on to sanding.

For reassembly, I chose countersunk screws to achieve a neat finish and ensure better stability.

I painted the entire wardrobe, and after it dried, I attached the hardware and hooks.

My daughter loved her new wardrobe.
