One day, I noticed they were installing a surveillance camera. At first, nothing surprising, as almost every house in the neighborhood had one. But one day, I saw that their camera was aimed directly at my house.
Their son often played in the yard with a ball, and I initially thought he might have accidentally hit the camera with it. So, I adjusted it back, pointing it toward their own yard again.
However, the next day, I saw that the camera was once again aimed at my house. This time, it was clearly not an accident. I decided to confront my neighbor and ask her directly.
When I spoke to her about it, she admitted that she had purposely aimed the camera at my house. The reason she gave me left me speechless.
