For a long time, my wife had been wanting a small table 🛋️. While searching online, I found a model that I really liked 😍 and immediately contacted the seller.
It was an old table, but I already had some ideas for its renovation 🔨, ideas that I knew she would appreciate ❤️. I picked up the table the same evening.
After some work and patience, the table completely transformed ✨.

The table wasn’t in great condition: the corners were damaged, and the varnish was cracked, but I loved the shape.
The tabletop was unstable, so I started by disassembling it.
During the process, I discovered it wasn’t made of solid wood.
To smooth the surface and hide the defects, I sanded it down.
The table’s base also needed repair.
After fixing it, I applied some paint.
I chose slate gray because it’s my wife’s favorite color.
Next, I decided to add a British flag design.
Finally, I applied two coats of varnish for better protection.
My wife really appreciated my work, especially the color I chose.
She decided to use it in the hallway, as it harmonized well with the interior design.
