However, the professional photographer managed to capture not only the celebration but also a successful rescue operation because the groom had to interrupt the photosession to save a child who was drowning in a nearby canal.

The bridal couple posed for photos under a bridge in a city park when Clayton noticed a little boy drowning in the nearby canal.

Clayton wasted no time, ran to the canal, and jumped into the water to rescue the unknown child.

“When I saw Clayton in the water, I was in shock,” said the bride to local television.

“The little boy was already underwater, and fortunately, I was able to pull him out,” Clayton said.

The moment of the unexpected and extremely important rescue was captured by photographer Darren Hatt, and the man shared the photos on his Facebook page.

“His quick action saved the life of this boy who was fighting for his life. Well done, sir!” wrote Darren.

The photos went viral and were also shared by internet users. The newlyweds were very happy that a little boy was saved on their wedding day.
