In my group, there is a girl named Anna.
It’s always her mother who takes her, because her father left them.
In another group, there is a girl named Alice who looks a lot like Anna.
I noticed that the mothers of these two girls never greet each other.
One day, Anna stopped coming to daycare, and four months later, she returned, but with Alice’s mother.
When I asked her where her mother was, she replied that, from now on, she had another mother.
Later, it turned out that the mothers of these two girls are actually sisters, Jessica and Rachel.
Jessica, who was the biological mother of these two girls, couldn’t raise two children because her husband had left her.
So, she left one of them at the hospital after birth, and the little girl ended up in an orphanage.
Rachel picked up her niece from the orphanage, adopted her, and since that day, she stopped talking to Jessica.
