My mother’s birthday was approaching 🎉, and since it was her 70th, we wanted to give her an unforgettable surprise 🎁. Together with my brothers, we decided to renovate her apartment, as it was in very bad condition.
From time to time, my mother would stay at my place or one of my brothers’, which allowed us to work on her apartment without her noticing. We wanted it to be a complete surprise for her.
The renovation took several months and required a lot of effort, but my mother’s reaction was totally worth it 😍. She was truly not expecting such a surprise, and when she saw her apartment after the renovation, she was left speechless 🤯.

For the corridor walls, we chose a grey paint, and for the flooring, large-format tiles.
To make the kitchen look visually bigger, we opted for transparent upper cabinets.
As for the flooring, we went with porcelain tiles.
In the bedroom on the left side of the entrance, we installed a wardrobe to optimize the space.
We decorated the wall behind the bed with wooden panels.
In front of the bed, we created a space for the TV.
For the bathroom, we selected several types of ceramics.
We bought both a bathtub and a spacious shower.
When my mother saw the result, she was completely moved and couldn’t hold back her tears of joy.
She never imagined we would give her such a transformation.
