She is already 61 years old but looks about 35. She still doesn’t believe that she has reached retirement age.
No one believes she’s already a grandmother.
The woman has given many interviews where she hasn’t hidden the methods through which she stays youthful.
Svetlana admits that she leads an active life.
She doesn’t like sitting in front of the TV all the time or browsing the internet.
She engages in a lot of sports, rides a bike instead of driving a car. According to her, she prefers walking almost everywhere.
She also participates in yoga classes, which make her feel harmonious.
She has many hobbies, most of which involve movement.
For example, she enjoys swimming and goes to the pool at least twice a week.
Furthermore, she maintains a very healthy diet and prefers dairy products.
According to her, sleep plays a significant role in maintaining a younger and beautiful appearance: To always have a fresh and beautiful appearance, you need to get enough sleep, go to bed early, and wake up early.
Svetlana also participated in a beauty contest in Bulgaria and won it.
