It’s a dough gun that makes it easier to prepare pelmeni.
It used to be found in almost every kitchen, but today’s generation doesn’t know what it is.
This gun even had a name, pelmènista.
It appeared in kitchens in 1968 and even had a user manual.
To make pelmeni, you had to roll out the dough, then place the filling and cover it with another layer of dough.

Thanks to this tool, pelmeni were prepared at a great speed.
