One day, as usual, I was getting ready to go to work.
As I was leaving, I saw that someone had dumped gravel right in front of my door.
I wondered who could have done it and why.
Since I was running late, I decided to deal with the problem later.
In the evening, when I came home, I saw one of my neighbors taking some of the gravel.
He told me he was the one who had put it there and that he refused to remove it for the time being.
I was really furious because there was plenty of space in their yard, so I decided to do something about it.
I called one of my friends who helped me move the gravel.
We moved only part of it onto my neighbor’s property.
I decided the other part now belonged to me.
When my neighbor came to talk to me, my friend explained that we took his gravel as rent.
Since that day, he’s been avoiding me, and I think he understood that his actions will always have consequences.
