Morgan Lant from Colchester, England, loved parties, was happy with her 19-year-old boyfriend Tom Kerry, and had no plans to have children anytime soon. However, fate had other plans.
One night, Morgan woke up at her boyfriend’s house with severe abdominal pain. She took painkillers, hoping it would stop.
As her condition worsened, she and her boyfriend immediately rushed to the hospital.
However, they were in for a surprise. The doctors told Morgan they needed to check if she was pregnant.
Morgan thought she might be having problems with her menstrual cycle, which is why she had gained some weight.
But it never occurred to her that she was pregnant.
The doctors insisted and finally announced that she was not only pregnant but also close to giving birth.
“I couldn’t believe I had been carrying my baby for 9 months without suspecting anything.
I was shocked, and Tom started crying. We wanted to have children, but not until we were 25.
However, I have known him since I was 13, and I love him,” the girl said.
Ten hours later, Tom and Morgan’s daughter was born.
The baby girl’s name is Alaya, and she is now seven months old.
The young family lives with Tom’s parents in Colchester and is raising money for their own apartment.
